Description
A vintage stereoscope viewer with a collection of stereographic slides. It is an antique photographic device used for viewing 3D images from paired photographs. Included are a handheld viewer (stereoscope) and multiple photographic cards featuring various scenes. These devices were popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries for bringing distant locations into the home. When a card is placed in the viewer, the two slightly different images create a perception of 3D depth. 11"L Good condition.
