Description
A Roseville Art Pottery pedestal, specifically from the "White Rose" pattern line. This piece was produced in the 1940s and is crafted from ceramic art pottery with a matte finish. Features embossed white roses and green leaves on a textured, bark-like background. It is designed as a jardiniere pedestal, intended to hold a matching large planter bowl Similar pieces from this era, such as the "Gardenia" or "Clematis" patterns, follow a similar pedestal-and-bowl structure. Because this is an early piece, the only marking is a raised USA at underside. 21"H x 8.5"W Good condition.
