Description
A vintage lamp with a minimalist wood pedestal body and base paired with a vintage-style hexagonal paper shade. While this specific combination of a modern-looking wooden base and a traditional fox hunt shade may be a unique assembly, both components have a distinct market for collectors. The simple, dark-stained wooden pedestal and square base are characteristic of Mid-Century Modern or Craftsman-style lighting. Similar solid wood bases are often found in "Mission" style decor. The hexagonal shade is decorated with a classic English fox hunting scene, featuring riders on horseback and hounds. These shades are often made of parchment or heavy paper panels. 23"H x 12.5"W Please note: some wear to shade.
