Description
Cast stone garden fountain by Henri Studio, model Moon Dance , first introduced in the Henri 2021 supplement. The piece features a graceful crescent arc rising above a broad circular basin, with dual copper water flows (spout and spill) offering layered movement and sound. Constructed of dense cast stone for durability and weight (approx. 38 in. high × 38.5 in. wide × 17 in. deep; total weight ~334 lbs) it is comprised of two separable components (top element and basin) for transport and installation. Henri Studio is a U.S. maker of garden statuary, fountains, urns and architectural decorative elements, blending artisan finishing with practical, weather-resilient cast stone production. The Moon Dance is representative of their Old World craftsmanship in a more modern-contemporary line, appealing to collectors seeking sculptural form in garden settings. The fountain is in good functional condition, although it appears to have been repaired at some point. A visible hairline crack suggests that the crescent-shaped piece may have broken at one time.
