Description
Unsigned pair of mid-century costume earrings in cast silver-tone base metal featuring confetti lucite (glitter-infused resin) inlay and glued clear glass rhinestones in a starburst/snowflake motif. Pierced post backs with disc-style comfort clutches suggest possible later conversion from clip-on hardware or replacement backs. One rhinestone exhibits foil-backing degradation ("dead" stone), with overall plating wear and aged glue discoloration consistent with pieces from this era.
