Single-strand necklace of uniform round pearls, individually hand-knotted on thread, finished with a gold-tone oval filigree fishhook clasp consistent with mid-20th century production. Pearl authenticity (cultured vs. simulated) cannot be confirmed without physical testing; no maker's marks, purity stamps, or hallmarks are visible on the clasp. The knotting and clasp style are characteristic of both fine cultured and high-quality faux pearl strands from the period.
