Description
Two pieces from a vintage silver-plated tea and coffee service. The coffee or tea pot has a curved spout, handle, and a lidded top, with a decorative finial. It has a Wilcox Silver Plate Co. maker's mark on the bottom of the pot. The "QUADRUPLE PLATE" designation above the central logo at underside, indicates high-quality silver plating, where the item was dipped four times to create a thicker, more durable layer of silver over a base metal. The sugar bowl is a vintage Rogers & Bros silver-plated item, in the Primrose pattern. (2303) 7" L x 5" H Good condition.
