Description
This vintage round brass tray features traditional repoussé workmanship, with the decorative design formed by hammering from the reverse and refined with engraved and chased details. The composition is arranged in concentric bands surrounding a recessed central medallion. The center appears to depict a stylized motif, encircled by scrolling foliate and vine patterns, all executed with careful hand detailing. The warm brass surface shows natural age-related patina consistent with vintage manufacture, adding depth and character to the piece. Measures approximately 12 1/2 inches in diameter. Overall good condition with expected signs of age and use.
