Description
A vintage Japanese porcelain serving or candy dish, possibly a Nippon piece, featuring a hand-painted floral design with gold accents. These types of items, particularly from the Morimura Brothers era (1921-1933) in Japan, are known for their intricate hand-painted details and gilded edges. The decorative style, which includes raised gold moriage-like elements and scalloped edges, is typical of early 20th-century Japanese export porcelain. 7.5" L x 4.5" W x 2" H Good condition.
