Description
A pair of Wiss V-13 7" tin snips, also known as tinner shears. Tin snips are manual hand tools used to cut straight lines or wide curves in thin-gauge sheet metal, vinyl, aluminum, plastic, and other materials. These types of snips have long handles to provide extra leverage to concentrate cutting force into the short, sharp blades, similar to scissors.
