Description
A handmade ceramic swan or duck figurine from the Earth Arts Studio collection by the late artist Margaret Hudson. This specific design appears to be part of a "Duck Planter" line, known for its rustic, earthy style and textured feather details. It was designed by Margaret Hudson and hand-sculpted by artisans at her Earth Arts Studio in Fresno, California. It is made from high-fired stoneware clay, which gives it durability and its natural, unglazed brown color and texture. The piece embodies a folk art or rustic style, celebrating the wildlife found in California's Central Valley. The textured feather detailing is a signature characteristic of these pieces. W: 6" H: 6" Good condition.
