Description
A vintage Persian miniature painting depicting a scene with multiple figures in a garden or harem setting. The artwork features a multi-figure scene with people sitting on the ground, surrounded by trees and birds. It is painted in delicate watercolors or gouache, and is set within an ornamental border and a marquetry frame, possibly made of wood, brass, and bone (khatam). It is a mid-century reproduction or decorative piece, not an authentic ancient miniature, and mimics the style of the Safavid or Qajar periods. 9" H x 20" W Good condition.
