Description
Vintage Liberty Bell Bicentennial music box and barware decanter, produced circa 1976 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the United States. The decanter is molded in the form of an antique handheld fire extinguisher, finished primarily in black with contrasting plated details on the handle, top, and decorative elements. The pump-style handle functions as the stopper, combining novelty design with practical barware use. The front is richly decorated with patriotic engravings and illustrations centered on the Liberty Bell, including historical text describing its role in announcing the public reading of the Declaration of Independence, along with the commemorative dates 1776–1976. Produced as part of the U.S. Bicentennial celebrations, this piece reflects the era’s strong patriotic sentiment and serves as both a decorative collectible and functional decanter. Measures approximately H: 11.5" | W: 3.5" | L: 3.5". Good condition.
