Description
A wall mirror produced by the Bombay Company, featuring a carved frame with a Venetian picture-window design. The mirror is finished in a distressed gilt tone over a carved composite structure. The reflective surface is divided into multiple beveled mirror panels by a central cross muntin and vertical side elements, creating a windowpane effect. The frame is richly ornamented with carved floral, leaf, and scroll motifs, reflecting baroque-inspired decorative traditions. The design aligns with decorative pieces produced by the Bombay Company, founded in 1975 and known for reproductions inspired by 18th- and 19th-century European furniture and décor. The mirror measures approximately 39 inches in height and 33 inches in length. It is in good condition.
