Description
A tall, narrow mixed-media painting executed on canvas with a pronounced three-dimensional surface. The composition centers on a tree trunk with an intricate network of branches extending upward and outward, rendered without foliage to emphasize form and texture. Heavy impasto techniques are used to build a rugged, bark-like surface, creating a sculptural relief that projects from the canvas. The work employs layered materials and thickly applied paint to achieve depth and tactile variation. The background is treated more darkly, allowing the central tree form to stand in clear contrast. The piece measures approximately 48 inches in height and 18 inches in length. It is in good condition.
