This sterling silver brooch depicts a man wearing traditional Mexican garments like the sombrero and the "sarape"; a traditional shawl that is worn over the shoulders by men. Sarapes are often brightly colored with stripes and other geometric patterns. On the reverse of this brooch reads "Sterling 925".
