Description
A dendritic agate, also known as a dendritic opal, cut into an oval cabochon. Dendritic agate is a form of chalcedony (microcrystalline quartz) that is typically colorless, white, or gray, with characteristic tree-like or fern-like patterns known as dendrites. These unique inclusions are formed by traces of manganese and iron oxides that seep into the stone as it forms over millions of years. Good condition.
