Description
This Royal Worcester Evesham Gold covered casserole is a fine porcelain serving piece decorated in the classic, lifelike fruit motif for which the pattern is known, featuring hand-painted depictions of corn, plums, and assorted produce set against a luminous white glaze and finished with rich 22k gold trim. Made in England as part of the company’s “Oven to Table Ware” line, it has a round body with dual side handles, a domed lid topped with a gilded knob, and vibrant, glossy coloration characteristic of the Evesham Gold series. The underside bears the Royal Worcester backstamp reading “Royal Worcester® Fine Porcelain – Made in England – Oven to Table Ware – Eversham Shape 22.” H: 3.5" | W: 9", good condition. Discontinued pattern, circa: 1961 - 2015.
