Description
Group of three personal flotation devices (PFDs), or life jackets: two adult-sized red vests and one child-sized teal vest with a head support collar. The adult ones are by Kent Sporting Goods, and are standard, Type II PFDs intended for general boating activities in calmer waters. They are designed to support a conscious person in an upright position in the water and are a common, cost-effective option often stored on boats to meet legal requirements. The smaller teal one, is a child or infant-sized PFD by Cabela's, and is a Type II or Level 100 device. It features a safety strap and a collar design intended to help turn a person face-up in the water, which is a critical safety feature for young children who may be unable to assist themselves.
