Description

A group of four hardcover books about the works of Frank Lloyd Wright. The first is titled Frank Lloyd Wright and is from 1997 by Iain Thomson and is 256 pages. The second is titled Frank Lloyd Wright Inside And Out by Diane Maddex from 2002 with 256 pages on the architect's 100 most iconic works. The third volume is titled Frank Lloyd Wright A Gatefold Portfolio from 1997 by Robin Langley with photographic illustrations by Balthazar Korab Sommer. This volume offers a unique perspective on sixteen of Frank Lloyd Wright's greatest and most adventurous works. Each eight-page gatefold--opening out to almost three feet--presents the author's original rendering in full size, allowing readers to appreciate in detail Wright's original conception of the building. There are thirty-two pages of gatefold pullouts, featuring sixteen full-color renderings, which include some of Wright's most celebrated residential, public, and religious structures, including Wright's own home and studio, the Dana-Thomas house, Unity Temple, and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum. And the fourth book is titled Building a Legacy: The Restoration of Frank Lloyd Wright's Oak Park Home and Studio from 2003 by Zarine Well, with 160 pages. Building A Legacy is missing its dust jacket but all are in good condition.
