Description
Lot of 4 heavy-duty straight pipe wrenches, including one Ridgid and one Sears model. These classic Stillson-pattern wrenches are designed for gripping and turning threaded pipes and fittings during assembly or disassembly—a design first patented in 1869. Each wrench features adjustable jaws with a movable hook and a fixed heel jaw, both equipped with serrated teeth for a secure grip on cylindrical objects. The self-locking action allows the adjustable jaw to bind tightly when forward pressure is applied, preventing slipping and ensuring maximum torque. Constructed from durable cast iron. The lot is in good condition.
