Description
This vintage Mobach vase is a studio pottery piece from the Dutch company Mobach Keramiek. It has a cylindrical body that tapers to a small base and is topped with a distinct, overhanging rounded cap. The vase is made of ceramic, likely red clay, and features a textured, multi-toned glaze. The top section and parts of the body are covered in a rich blue or aqua glaze, while the lower body and rim display a rustic brown or bronze glaze with a cracked, distressed appearance. The glazes are unique to Mobach and fired using a reduction method, creating varied colors and textures. It measures H: 14.5" | W: 6.5" | L: 6.5" and is in good condition.
