Description
This item is a Zeiss Ikon Contessa 35mm folding rangefinder camera from 1950-1955. It features a Zeiss-Opton Tessar 45mm f/2.8 lens, a Compur-Rapid or Synchro-Compur leaf shutter (1/500 sec to 1 sec + B), a coupled rangefinder, and an uncoupled selenium exposure meter. The camera uses standard 35mm film and includes a cold shoe with X-sync. It was made in Germany and comes with its original leather case. The camera measures H: 5" | W: 7" and the condition is good.
