Description
An antique, hand-woven winnowing tray, likely from Southeast Asia / China. Originally a utilitarian tool for separating rice from chaff, these trays are now prized as decorative wall art. The piece is crafted from tightly woven bamboo in a herringbone pattern. The surface has a deep patina from years of use, with the color graduating from amber in the center to dark brown at the edges. The item's measurements are 2" (H) x 24.5" (W) and it is in good vintage condition; the color variation and wear are part of its authentic character.
