Description
An antique Chinese two-door low cabinet, likely from the Shanxi Province, dating to the Qing Dynasty (19th century). Constructed from solid elmwood, this piece embodies the simple design principles of Ming furniture. The cabinet's frame is crafted to resemble bamboo, and the front features two doors with a traditional brass latch and pin closure. The interior has one shelf. The item's measurements are 31.5" (H) x 41" (W) and it is in good antique condition, with a rich patina and wear consistent with its age; a section of the interior shelf is missing.
