Description
A vintage decorative relief plaque, or roundel, made in Italy by A.N.R. The piece is a reproduction of the 19th-century sculpture ‘Children at Play’ by the British sculptor Edward William Wyon, which was in turn based on Sir Thomas Lawrence’s famous painting, "The Calmady Children." This plaque captures the tender moment between the two children in bas-relief. The back retains its original "A.N.R. Made in Italy" label. The item's measurements are 7" (H) x 7" (W) and it is in good condition.
