Description
An original Mexican folk art painting on handmade Amate bark paper. This traditional art form has pre-Hispanic origins and is practiced by Otomi artisans. The artwork features an intricate design of stylized birds, a deer, and flowers, rendered in shades of blue and white against the rustic texture of the bark paper. The piece is matted and housed in a textured, gold-tone frame. The item's measurements are 26" (H) x 20" (W). It is in good condition.
