Description
A framed, limited edition print of the famous Chinese painting "Five Oxen," crafted from 99.9% gold foil. This decorative piece combines modern technology with traditional art to recreate the Tang Dynasty masterpiece by Han Huang, a prime minister in the Tang Dynasty (618–907). The painting was lost during the occupation of Beijing by the Eight-Nation Alliance in 1900 and later recovered from a collector in Hong Kong during the early 1950s. It comes with its original informational paperwork. The artwork is double-matted and framed under glass in a wood frame. The item's measurements are 18 in x 1 in x 9 in and it is in good condition, with no visible damage.
