Description
Rectangular pine storage chest featuring decorative molding and a central circular medallion. Interior lid displays a handwritten note stating: 'Christmas 1983. According to the flea market legend, this box was made by a shop teacher in Bakersfield about forty-five years ago.' Hinged lid and sturdy construction. Minor surface wear observed, consistent with age. Overall in good condition.
