Description
This is a mid-century modern chess piece made by Brayton Laguna California pottery. Designed by Peter Ganine, it is embossed on the back with “P Ganine.” The piece depicts a stylized king with a long, bearded face and a crown-like top, showcasing a distinctive medieval or Gothic aesthetic.
