Description
This is a vintage electric laboratory furnace or jeweler’s kiln, manufactured by K.H. Huppert Co., South Holland, Illinois, U.S.A. The unit is labeled as Model 333DI, and features a temperature gauge calibrated in both Fahrenheit and Centigrade, with a range up to 1700°F (approx. 927°C). It includes a manual dial for adjustable heating, a red indicator light, and a front-loading refractory chamber. The furnace measures approximately 12" high x 7" wide. The outer casing is stainless steel; the interior includes heat-resistant firebrick, though the inner door panel shows visible cracking, common from thermal cycling over time. Good condition.
