Description
Porcelain mantel clock by Von Schierholz featuring Rococo-inspired gilt rocaille scrollwork, richly encrusted hand-applied polychrome flowers, and figural cherubs. One cherub crowns the clock holding a tambourine, while another plays a stringed instrument near the base. The central clock face, marked “Kaiser,” displays Roman numerals and is framed in gilt brass. Stamped on the underside. Dimensions: H: 14" x W: 8". Good condition.
