Description
Painted pottery figure of a female equestrian in the style of China's Tang dynasty, by Hamilton Collections, Inc. The sculpture depicts a traditionally styled female rider with a high chignon seated on a spirited horse, rendered with detailed proportions and expressive features. The surface is hand-painted in muted earthy tones with period-style clothing and horse tack, evoking ancient ceramic traditions. The base is felted and labeled by the manufacturer. Measures approximately 9 inches in height and 4 inches in width. In good condition.
