Description
This handcrafted Raku pottery trivet showcases a glossy glaze in an energetic psychedelic floral pattern featuring oranges, pinks, greens, and yellows. Its round, slightly domed form rests on three protective foot pads that provide stability and surface protection. The underside is unglazed with a lightly textured, matte finish, and a small chip is visible along the bottom edge. Accompanying the piece is a printed Raku information sheet explaining the traditional Japanese Raku firing technique, celebrated for its spontaneous and unpredictable effects. The trivet is signed by the artist. Dimensions: H: 1" x W: 7.5". Good condition.
