Description
This lot includes two Gorham sterling silver vanity clothes brushes and one R.W. & S. Wallace Art Nouveau vanity brush, all dating from around 1900. Each brush features ornate repoussé and hand-chased floral and foliate scrollwork designs, typical of the Art Nouveau style. The Gorham brushes are monogrammed, while the R.S. Wallace brush displays similarly elaborate motifs. They're all marked and the largest measures approximately 7" L.
