Description
This is a vintage Russian Khokhloma lacquer round wooden box with lid, made in the USSR. The box is hand-painted in the traditional Khokhloma folk art style, featuring floral motifs in red, gold, black, and green. The style is renowned for its vibrant designs and distinctive color palette. It measures 4” across and is in good condition.
