Description
This is a limited edition lithograph titled Haida Dreams by Terry Isaac, published by Mill Pond Press, Inc. in 1992. It is signed and numbered in pencil by the artist, 348/1250. The artwork depicts a tranquil forest scene with a deer moving through tall grasses near several weathered totem poles. The carvings on the poles suggest a cultural connection to the Haida people. The scene combines wildlife realism with cultural symbolism. Haida Dreams was reproduced in 1992 from an original acrylic painting on masonite, printed on all-rag, acid-free, pH-neutral coated paper at Litho-Krome® Company. Terry Isaac (1958–2019) was an American-born painter known for his highly realistic depictions of wildlife. His work was exhibited internationally, including at the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum and Saint George Art Museum. He was recognized as “Artist of the Year” at multiple wildlife art expos and contributed to major projects, including concept art for Disney’s Dinosaur. Isaac also authored instructional art books and was widely respected for his technical skill and lifelike portrayals of nature. The piece measures 28” x 20” and is in good condition.
