Description
This is a vintage print of Raphael’s Madonna of the Chair (Madonna della Sedia), presented in a round ornate gilded wood frame. The artwork depicts the Virgin Mary holding the Christ Child while the young John the Baptist watches. The original painting, created by Raphael around 1513–1514, is housed in the Palazzo Pitti in Florence, Italy, and has been in the Medici family collection since the 16th century. It measures 15” x 15” and is in good condition.
