Description
This is a framed hand-tinted photograph by Wallace Nutting, signed by the artist. The artwork depicts a body of water in the foreground with reflections, bordered by rocks and foliage. In the background, a hillside is covered with trees showing green and autumn colors of red and orange beneath a soft, hazy sky. Wallace Nutting was known for his hand-colored photographs of New England landscapes and interiors, widely collected in the early 20th century. It measures 11” x 9” and is in good condition.
