Description
Lionel C & O Diesel Train Freight Set No. 1643, nicknamed the Sky Scout, from 1961. Includes a 230 C & O diesel locomotive, matching caboose (6058 not included but replaced by 6057), 6050 Savings Bank boxcar, 3509 rocket flatcar, and 6812 maintenance car (also not incuded in the original set). Set also contains a 1025 transformer. Known for its unique diesel-caboose pairing in C & O roadnames. Overall good condition with some wear evident on the packaging. Dimensions: 22.75” L x 11.5” W x 3.25” H. Rare for complete and intact sets.
