Description
This 102-piece flatware set in the Strasbourg pattern by Gorham Silver features sterling silver handles with stainless steel implements. First designed in 1897 and produced circa 1950, the pattern is marked “Gorham Sterling” and includes scrollwork detailing inspired by 18th-century French rococo design, with shell-like curves and baroque-style flourishes. The set consists of both forks, spoons, and knives, with a combined total weight of 3940g (including 988g for knives). Each piece is engraved with the "Gorham" stamp and contains no monograms. The set also includes two bamboo handle salad spoons. The flatware is stored in a wooden storage box measuring 15” L x 11.5” W x 5.5” H. Good condition with visible wear consistent with age and use.
