Description
Mexican grinding stone (metate) and pestle from the 1940s, crafted from lava rock. The bowl measures 6.5” wide and 3.5” high, featuring three sturdy legs and a shallow concave surface. The pestle has a rounded design, complementing the bowl. Both items are in good condition, with wear consistent with age and use.
