Description
This is a vintage German lidded beer stein (Bierkrug), likely made of stoneware with pewter elements. It features a cobalt blue and grey color scheme and a pewter lid. The stein includes a raised decorative motif and the German phrase: "In durstiger Müll all Sorgen quillt"—suggesting that in a moment of thirst, all sorrows well up or are forgotten. It measures 4.75 inches long, 3.25 inches wide, and 4.25 inches high. It is in good condition.
