Description
This is a 5-piece set of vintage Russian Matryoshka nesting dolls made of wood. Each doll features a hand-painted face and is decorated with gold gilt accents, particularly on the headscarves and other details. The surface remains natural and unpainted, with wood-burning (pyrography) used to create intricate patterns and architectural motifs resembling buildings or churches. The largest doll measures 3.5 inches wide and 7 inches high. The set is in good condition.
