Description
Hand-pieced and quilted Dresden Plate pattern quilt from the mid-20th century. The design features pastel floral fabrics forming plate motifs on a peach background. The Dresden Plate pattern gained popularity in the 1920s and 1930s, inspired by porcelain plates decorated with floral and foliage motifs from Dresden, Germany. It measures 86" x 51.75" and is in good condition with minor wear.
