Description
Vintage World War II Teapot. Ceramic with raised painted flower pattern, a dark brown glaze and gold-colored trim around the edges. The lid of the teapot reads "For England and Democracy" and the bottom reads "World War II, Made in England, Escorted to U.S.A. by Royal Navy". Measures approximately 5" tall, 7" wide from handle to spout, 2.5" opening diameter. Some of the paint dots have fallen off, otherwise this teapot is in good condition for age.
