Description
Vintage Aladdin Kerosene Mantle Lamp Burner. Model 12. Knob on the burner reads "Mantle Lamp Co, Model 12 Aladdin, Patented and Pat's Pending,Chicago, ILL, Made in USA". A part from a different electrical lamp has been attached to the top, perhaps in an attempt to convert it. There is a bolt on the bottom that used to screw into a base. Measures approximately 8" tall, 6" wide, 4" base diameter. Has some discoloration. Fair condition. Fun fact: The Aladdin Model 12 lamp was sold in the US from 1928 through 1935.
