Description
Vintage Brother Correct-O-Ball XL-1 Electro-Mechanical Typewriter with Case. This typewriter by Brother is an electronically actuated typewriter with a special typeface "ball" that pivots and rotates when a key is pressed to press a raised letter or symbol onto a paper. This system is very similar to IBM's Selectric I and II typewriters in that regard. The Correct-O-Ball XL-1's cover also doubles as a secure carrying case with an integrated handle and a cradle to hold the AC power cable. The typewriter measures approximately 15" x 14.5" x 5", and appears to be in good condition.
