Estate sales, run as timed online auctions.
Settling a family home is a lot to take on. We handle all of it — and every item sells to competing bidders, not at one weekend of yard-sale pricing.

How an estate sale with us works
Four steps, and we do the heavy lifting in every one of them.
- 1Walkthrough and consultationA free in-home walkthrough — usually about an hour — with an honest read on what the estate holds.
- 2We photograph and catalogWe sort every room and catalog what has value — no need to sort or clean out first.
- 3A timed online auctionA late bid adds time to that lot’s clock, so buyers compete to the very end.
- 4You're paid within 30 daysYour settlement statement itemizes what every lot sold for, and payment reaches you within 30 days of the auction closing.
What we handle
- Full households and family estates — every room sorted, what has value sold at auction, the home handed back broom-clean.
- Collections — fine art, sterling silver, coins, jewelry, tools; a lifetime of collecting cataloged with care.
- Part of a household — the process is the same for a few rooms as for all of it, one good piece to a whole estate.
For larger local estates we come to you — a free in-home walkthrough is how most estate sales start. Smaller consignments are usually a drop-off at our Roseville warehouse.

Common questions
Do we need to sort or clean anything out first?
You don’t need to — we can work a completely unsorted house. Sorting, research, photography, and pricing are our job. If you’d rather pull personal papers or family keepsakes first, that’s fine; just check with us before throwing anything away.
What happens to things with no resale value?
That’s normal in every estate. What can sell goes to auction; the rest is responsibly cleared as part of the broom-clean cleanout.
Can we set minimum prices?
Items we consign sell without reserve — every lot goes to the highest bidder, which is what keeps buyers competing to the end. Reserves are only placed on select high-value items by prior written agreement; bring it up at the walkthrough.
Can you work with an attorney, trustee, or out-of-state family?
Yes, regularly. We provide the documentation an estate, trust, or bankruptcy matter requires, coordinate access, and can run the whole sale without you on site.
The house has to be empty by a deadline. How fast can this move?
Bring the date to the walkthrough — a lease ending, an escrow closing, a court order — and we build the schedule around it: cataloging, the bidding window, and pickup days all set so the property is clear when you need it.
Start with a conversation
Estate sales start with a conversation, not a form. Tell us about the home and we’ll give you an honest read — free, with no obligation.
