- 2We review your inventoryA real person looks at your items as a whole — quality, volume, and fit with our auctions — and approves accounts that belong here.
- 3Get set up to be paidOnce approved, we enable your seller account and set up your payouts through Stripe, the same secure payment processor our buyers already pay through.
- 4Learn the ropesYou’ll get our seller guide — house rules, listing tips, and walkthroughs — and a real person to call before your first auction goes live.
What we look for
Consistent quality and enough volume to fill an auction — think dealer inventory, a deep collection, or recurring stock. Every application gets an honest read: if a consignment would serve you better, we’ll say so and set that up instead.
Sellers keep their own listings, and every sale is paid through Placer’s checkout by registered bidders — so buyers bid with confidence and you don’t chase payments. We walk through seller terms one-on-one when you apply.
